Make a recipe using home scale preservation method “preserving with sugar” and
paste a picture of it on your answer sheets. Also, tabulated the amount of
ingredients and method of preparation.

4. Prepare a snack rich in fibre, iron, adequate in
protein, low in calories for an elderly person. Your answer must specify all of
the following:
